Return Policy

At Radiluxx Beauty, every item is carefully created to make your self-care routine feel like a radiant indulgence. Because of the personal nature of beauty and body care, all sales are considered final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or compromised in transit, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a photo of the exterior package, photos of the damaged product, and a brief description of the issue. After reviewing your claim, we may assist you in initiating a damage or insurance claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Package liability transfers to the carrier once your order leaves our facility, so you may also need to file a claim directly with the shipping provider.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement product or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method may be granted only in limited cases.

Gift cards, sale items, and opened or used products are not eligible for return. Radiluxx Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
